Walmart Cyber Monday Deals 2019: Everything you need to know

Walmart ruled with the highest Black Friday 2018 sales volume of all retailers, but the big-box retailer with an increasingly robust online presence didn’t stop dishing out deals on Cyber Monday. We can expect more of the same unstoppable flow of deals at Walmart from Black Friday through Cyber Monday 2019 and beyond.

Walmart’s online Savings Center serves as a guide to shopping on the site 365 days of the year. If Walmart has your email address, you can expect daily emails with links to deals in categories of interest you and they lead through the Savings Center. You don’t need to go through the savings Center to locate Walmart deals online, but its usually easier unless you are tracking a specific product.

What to expect from Walmart

TVs and more TVs. Walmart plays large during Cyber Monday action with offers on iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, gaming consoles, gaming accessories, and lots of other technology items that will be available throughout the week. But, Walmart’s TV deals have been unsurpassed since last year with the biggest selection and almost always the best prices.

You may find a better price on a specific 4K TV model or two elsewhere, but Walmart’s selection is unparalleled. For the very best deals, be sure to buy a TV sold directly by Walmart, not from one of the third-party vendors that are also in Walmart’s TV sales listings.

What Walmart did last Cyber Monday

Leading up to, during, and following Cyber Monday last year showed its responsiveness to the prices of items selling at other merchants (yep, we mean Amazon, mostly, but also Best Buy and Target). We saw multiple changes in prices on Instant Pots and Google Home Mini smart speakers on Walmart. When items sold out online, Walmart was quick to highlight other products, often making price adjustments to keep the traffic coming and to remain competitive with other retailers.

One of Walmart’s wild cards in the online sales event game is local pickup. Local pickup works two ways for the retail giant. When you buy something from Walmart online, you usually have the option of having it shipped to the store closest to you for pickup. Shoppers concerned about packages sitting on the front steps or porch until they get home from work might prefer to pick up the delivery at a store. Also, when stock is low or depleted online, sometimes it works out that a store close to your location has the item in stock and you can order it online to buy from the store’s inventory and then go pick it up. Every product listing on Walmart’s website points out local availability, if applicable, and the option of local store delivery.

Walmart deals going on now

Walmart is known for everyday discounts on almost everything it sells, but on top of overall low price points, Walmart’s Savings Center features price rollbacks, special buys, and clearance sales. If Walmart’s retail deals engine were a race car, it never coasts; the driver always has a foot on the pedal. Sure, you’ll find Walmart’s best deals and sale prices overall on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but you can count on finding Black Friday and Cyber Monday-level prices on select products every day leading up to the big events. If you do notice a fantastic price on an item or items on your must-buy list during the lead up to Black Friday, don’t hesitate because Walmart changes the teaser sale items frequently, usually for two or three days at most…….Read More>>
